All of our electrical installation work is fully tested upon completion. The appropriate electrical installation certificate, complete with a unique identification number will be issued upon completion. If required, a part P building regulations notification certificate, will also be issued within 30 days.

As a NICEIC approved contractor, we have demonstrated that we have the skill set required to carry out an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) in accordance with BS7671, to both commercial and domestic properties. We also have the ability to carry out PAT testing as required.

The EICR certificate is required by law (The electricity at work regulations 1989) and is particularly applicable to landlords and employers who have a duty of care towards their tenants and employees.
